What if I'm not available during delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You can reschedule via the tracking link. If unavailable, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be initiated.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Please check with family members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery. If not found, contact us within 24 hours with your order number at support@menlycare.store.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@menlycare.store with your order number and new address.
