CANCELLATION WINDOW

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once your order is marked as "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible.

When Can You Cancel?

  • Order Placed: You can cancel anytime before processing begins. Full refund will be issued.
  • Processing: You can still cancel while the order is being prepared. Contact us immediately to stop processing.
  • Shipped: Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the order.
  • Delivered: For delivered orders, please refer to our Returns Policy.

REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION

When you successfully cancel an order, a full refund is initiated immediately. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the original payment method.

COD Orders

Since no payment was made, no refund is required. The order is simply cancelled and removed from our system.

Prepaid Orders

Refund to original payment source within 5-7 business days. Bank processing may add 2-3 days.

Refund Amount

100% refund of the order amount including shipping charges (if paid separately).

Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation with refund details once the cancellation is processed.

CANCELLATION BY MENLY CARE

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen due to:

  • Stock unavailability: Product goes out of stock after you place the order
  • Delivery issues: Unable to deliver to your pin code or address
  • Payment verification failure: Issues with payment processing
  • Pricing errors: Incorrect pricing displayed due to technical issues

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and SMS immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION

If your order contains multiple items, you can request to cancel specific items while keeping the rest of your order. Here's how it works:

  • Contact us with your order number and specify which items you want to cancel
  • We'll update your order and adjust the total accordingly
  • Refund for cancelled items will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping charges may be adjusted if the order total falls below the free shipping threshold
  • Partial cancellation is only possible before the order is shipped
