RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product different from description
  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality issues with the product

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products used or opened (hygiene reasons)
  • Products without original packaging/tags
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Return request after 7 days
  • Products marked as "non-returnable"
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Please ensure you check the product upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

HOW TO RETURN

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Email us at returns@menlycare.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Include photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Receive Confirmation

Our team will review your request and send you a return confirmation with pickup details within 24-48 hours.

Pack the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice. Ensure the package is properly sealed.

Schedule Pickup

Our courier partner will schedule a free pickup from your address. You can also drop off the package at the nearest partner location.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. The timeline for receiving your refund depends on the original payment method:

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges will be refunded only in the following cases:

  • • Product was damaged during shipping
  • • Wrong product was delivered
  • • Product was significantly different from description

COD Refunds: For Cash on Delivery orders, you will need to provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) for the refund to be processed via NEFT/IMPS.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Want to exchange your product for a different variant or size? We've got you covered.

How Exchange Works

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned product:

  • 1. We'll ship the replacement product immediately
  • 2. If the exchange product costs more, you'll need to pay the difference
  • 3. If the exchange product costs less, the difference will be refunded
  • 4. Exchange delivery follows standard shipping timelines

Note: Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.
