ORDERS & TRACKING
Placing an order is simple:
- Browse our products and click "Add to Cart" on items you want
- Go to your cart and review your items
- Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping details
- Select Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment method
- Confirm your order and you're done!
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
You can track your order using your order number:
- Go to our Track Order page
- Enter your order number (e.g., MC-20250124-XXXXXX)
- View real-time status updates
You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
You can request order modifications or cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request changes, contact us immediately at info@menlycare.store with your order number.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499!
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
Standard delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary during sales or peak seasons.
We deliver across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India. During checkout, enter your pincode to verify serviceability.
Some remote areas may have limited delivery options. If your pincode is not serviceable, please contact us for alternatives.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong items received
- Products significantly different from description
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@menlycare.store within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos of the product (required for damage claims)
- Our team will review and provide return instructions within 48 hours
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund initiated within 3-5 business days
- Bank account refunds: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallet refunds: 2-3 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Yes, 100%! All products on Menly Care are genuine and sourced from authorized distributors or directly from manufacturers. We never deal in counterfeit or duplicate products.
Each product page contains detailed descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions. If you need personalized recommendations based on your skin/hair type, feel free to contact us!
We regularly restock popular items. Contact us at info@menlycare.store to inquire about restock dates for specific products.
PAYMENT
Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. This allows you to pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.
Online payment options (UPI, cards, net banking) will be available soon!
No additional COD charges! The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay on delivery.
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (18%). The GST breakdown is shown at checkout for complete transparency.
